Harbor’s Edge is a five-star, resort-style Continuing Care Retirement Community along the Elizabeth River in Norfolk seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join Plant Ops. You will coordinate daily maintenance activities, support preventative maintenance, and help ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living for residents and staff.
The role requires 1–3 years in administrative or maintenance coordination, basic knowledge of building systems, and experience with work orders and scheduling.
