Project Manager Communications & Engagement

Location: Hybrid S1 (minimum 2 days per week onsite)

Contract: ASAP start until 27 February 2026

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a confidential programme, leading on the communications and engagement plan. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, take control of delivery, and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.

• Hybrid role: minimum 2 days per week in the office
• Remaining days can be worked from home
• Flexibility around which days are office-based, dependent on diaries and programme needs

• Lead and deliver the communications and engagement plan for a confidential programme
• Take full ownership of the project plan, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders while handling sensitive information
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
• Provide structure, momentum, and control to an established programme

• Proven experience in project management
• Experience leading or contributing to communications and engagement activities
• Ability to work discreetly and handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to take control quickly
• IT literate, with confident use of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Available to start ASAP
