Team Manager

We are seeking a confident and experienced Team Manager to lead a high performing Managed Services team. You will oversee daily operations, manage escalations, support team development, and ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. In addition to managing the team, you will regularly get involved in technical work to support workloads, provide cover when needed, and contribute to key operational tasks.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and team workloads
• Act as the main escalation point for technical and customer issues
• Conduct development reviews, set objectives and support career progression
• Contribute to overall team targets and ensure these are met
• Provide regular hands‑on technical support
• Support the adoption of new systems and processes
• Communicate feedback, ideas and concerns from the team into management meetings

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Strong team management skills
