The Manager will join a medium sized team within the Accountancy Practice to deliver high quality and fast paced Accounts Services to a high profile client base, managing a team of staff, and playing a crucial role contributing to the success of the practice. Job Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the trusted day-to-day contact

* Review statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations to a high technical standard

* Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory requirements

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team, including workflow planning and performance management

* Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and professional regulations

* Identify opportunities to add value through advisory services and cross-selling

* Support partners with billing, WIP control, and fee discussions

* Drive efficiency by improving systems, processes, and internal controls

* Keep up to date with legislative changes and communicate impacts to clients and staff

Manager

Job Requirements

* ACCA or ACA qualified

* A minimum of 2 years experience in leadership

* Knowledge and experience of working in Xero, Sage, or IRIS

* Able to commute to Sheffield

* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Manager Job Remuneration

* £45,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience)

* 37.5 hours per week 8:30am - 17:00pm (flexible start/finish times)

* 23 days + bank holiday and paid Christmas shutdown
