Area Manager, Management Retail & Store Manager

Overview

Area Manager | Fast Paced Retail | £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary plus a company car allowance, generous holidays and a strong benefits package. Zachary Daniels is currently recruiting an Area Manager for a well known large format retailer in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly changing business where you will have the autonomy and freedom to drive your area forward.

• Lead stores across your geographical patch in all areas of service excellence and deliver KPI's in line with business objectives.
• Motivate and develop Store Managers to deliver a memorable in-store experience and engage a large number of colleagues across the area.
• Create a positive and engaging working environment within sites and maintain high standards in all key areas.
• Set clear expectations in service, standards and operations.
• Manage profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting and various other key performance indicators.
• Liaise and network with head office, establishing relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Drive compliance and health & safety to adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Support company events, local marketing and share success stories.
• Deliver results and performance in large format stores; ensure leaders are ready to deliver standards via their teams and work on projects with senior leaders in the business.

Basic salary between £50,000 - £55,000 plus a company car allowance, generous holidays and a strong benefits package.
