Chief Financial Officer

The role blends strategic influence with hands‑on leadership. You will provide commercial insight, strengthen financial discipline, and support the business as it grows in both size and complexity, while remaining closely connected to the realities of day‑to‑day operations.

This opportunity will appeal to a commercial Finance Director or senior finance leader who enjoys working in fast‑paced, owner‑led environments and values collaboration, pragmatism and impact. You will bring sound judgement, board‑level presence and the confidence to guide a growing business through its next chapter.
