Senior Partnerships Manager - Payments & iGaming
The Company
We are working with a fast-growing, payments technology business operating in the iGaming sector.
Following strong commercial traction and continued international expansion, the business is now hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and monetise a high-performance partner ecosystem across PSPs, agents, and introducers within the iGaming payments space.
The Role
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own the development, management, and monetisation of a global partner network spanning payment service providers (PSPs), payment agents, and iGaming introducers.
You will be responsible for structuring revenue-share agreements, building a curated network of high-performing agents, and driving consistent merchant introductions into the commercial sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and close revenue-share partnerships with PSPs, agents, and introducers focused on iGaming merchants
- Structure commercial multi-party revenue models aligned across partners and internal Sales teams
- Build and manage a curated portfolio of high-performing agents, driving consistent merchant introductions
- Design and evolve agent incentive models within an orchestration-led payments framework
- Develop strong relationships with iGaming-focused PSPs, acquirers, and local payment providers
- Maintain a global coverage map across PSPs, geographies, licences, and merchant suitability
- Act as the commercial filter between partners and Sales, ensuring high-quality, well-qualified opportunities
- Support Sales with partner strategy, deal structuring, and positioning for complex iGaming merchants
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in payments partnerships, commercial BD, or alliances
- Strong background working with PSPs, agents, or payment consultancies
- Direct exposure to iGaming / online gambling payments
- Experience structuring revenue-share or commission-based commercial models
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ecosystem mindset
- Exposure to payment orchestration or multi-PSP environments (highly desirable)
- Existing relationships across iGaming PSPs and payment agents (desirable)
