Service: Supported Living / Supported Accommodation

Service Users: 1618 looked after children

Qualifications

Required:

Level 5 (or working towards)

Experience in Years

Required:

Must have previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation

Employment Type: Permanent

• Number of Beds: Home 1 2 beds Home 2 2 beds

• Location: SK10 & SK3

• Type of YPs: 1618 looked after children

• Ofsted Rating: Ofsted regulated

• Ratio of staff to children: Small manageable homes

• Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation for 1618-year-olds
• Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
• Confident leading registration and inspections
• Values therapeutic trauma-informed care

• Strong senior leadership support
• HR recruitment and compliance backing
• Small manageable homes allowing hands‑on leadership

• Earning potential: Up to 42500
