Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will lead on financial recovery planning, cost control, and long-term sustainability, ensuring the school is placed on a stable footing moving forward.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing deficits, identifying efficiency savings, and ensuring robust financial controls are in place. In addition, you will have oversight of HR processes, premises management, procurement, and compliance, ensuring the school operates smoothly and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
