Dual Registered Manager – 2 x Solo Children’s Homes
Location:
Sheffield
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to oversee two solo children’s residential placements in Sheffield?
Or are you a Deputy Manager looking to take the next exciting step into a Registered Manager position?
This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee 2 x solo provisions, driving high-quality, child-centred care, strong safeguarding practice, and positive Ofsted outcomes across both homes.
The Role:
* Lead and manage two solo children’s residential homes
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and The Children’s Homes(England) Regulations 2015
* Drive trauma-informed, therapeutic and child-focused practice
* Develop and inspire a strong, values-led staff team across both homes
* Oversee safeguarding, care planning and risk management
* Manage budgets, staffing structures and operational performance
* Maintain high standards and deliver positive inspection outcomes
You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and take full accountability for performance, compliance and quality across both services.
This role is ideal for:
* An experienced Registered Manager seeking a dual-site leadership role OR
* A Deputy Manager ready to step up into their first Registered Manager position
To be successful, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
* At least 1 year in a senior or management role
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or working towards
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home compliance
* Experience supporting solo or complex placements
* Confident leadership, safeguarding and crisis management skills
* Drive, ambition and a commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes
