Mainduties of the job
The Home Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement. They will have a successful track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. The role also requires experience in care home management, marketing, and maintaining high occupancy levels.
