This role is suited to an ambitious MRTPI planner ready tostep into a senior leadership position with real influence over direction and strategy.
The Role- Leading complex residential and regeneration planning strategies
- Taking ownership of major client accounts
- Drivingnew business opportunities and expanding market share
- Managing and developing a team of planners
- Financial oversight of projects and profitability
- Supporting recruitment and team expansion
- Representing clients at high-level inquiries and examinations
You will work closely with Directors to shape long-term business strategy.
About You- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness
- Established network within Yorkshire property market
