As the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, growing the client base, and supporting and developing your team. You'll play a crucial role in driving business performance while maintaining the exceptional standards Nurseplus is known for.

• Lead and motivate a team of consultants.
• Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality care staff.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimum branch performance.

• Previous experience in a similar management role within the recruitment sector (healthcare desirable).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality care services.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
