About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential home.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and creating a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring the home operates efficiently, meets all regulatory requirements, and maintains the highest standards of care and compliance.

• Oversee the daily running of the residential home
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of care and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Maintain excellent standards of care and safeguarding
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement

• Proven experience in a management role within a residential care setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage budgets and staffing effectively
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Relevant health and social care qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards)
