Plant Manager Packaging ; M​/F

We are seeking for our client, an international industrial group in the packaging sector
, an experienced Interim Plant Manager for a minimum 6-month of transition management assignment as part of a major industrial transformation program
.

The site is undergoing a significant transformation aimed at improving operational performance, modernizing processes, and aligning with group standards. The interim leader will play a key role in stabilizing operations, driving change, and supporting the local management team through this transition phase.

• Ensure safe and efficient day-to-day plant operations (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain).
• Lead and implement the industrial transformation roadmap in line with group strategy.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives (OEE, productivity, cost optimization, service level).
• Support cultural and organizational change across teams.
• Strengthen operational discipline, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Collaborate closely with group leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare the site and team for long-term leadership continuity.

• Proven experience as Plant Manager / Site Director in an industrial environment (packaging, paper, plastics, FMCG, or similar).
• Strong track record in turnaround, performance improvement, or transformation projects

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change in an international matrix environment.
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong operational credibility.
• Legally authorized to work in the UK
• Native or bilingual English (additional European languages a plus).
• Available to start quickly and commit for 6 months minimum (extension possible).
