The role requires an effective leader who is excited by the thought of reaching company objectives through strong leadership. You must have the ability to command respect from all divisions of the business, supporting and motivating staff to achieve maximum output and profit.

You will use your knowledge of the printing industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation.

It is important that the successor has a background in sales, with an established contact base and the capacity to bring new business to the company.
