A leading aviation training organisation in Luton, England, is seeking a General Manager to oversee leadership, management, and regulatory oversight. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape the future of aircraft maintenance training while working closely with team members to ensure strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate must have significant leadership experience and be eligible to act as a UK CAA / EASA Part-147 Training Manager.

Salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 per year.
