Responsive Repairs Manager – Somerset
Paying £222.54 per day, reference OR101703. Full-time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day delivery of the responsive repairs service
- Lead and support supervisors, operatives, and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor performance against KPIs, service standards, and budgets
- Manage contractor performance, quality, and value for money
- Resolve complex repairs issues and customer complaints
- Contribute to service improvements and operational planning
Ensure repairs are delivered in line with customer expectations and organisational values
