Centre Manager
We are recruiting for a Centre Manager to work for our client in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Responsibilities- Managing and motivating the team, driving the teams' sales and providing training to the team when necessary
- Leading the operation and daily running of the depot
- Maintain accurate stock records and processes and make available for audit in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure that equipment and machinery is maintained and serviced routinely to allow safe operation.
- Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery.
- Have proven success as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the Automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A good understanding of car technology
- Ability to manage workloads, priorities, and meet KPIs
- Full UK driving licence
This is a Perm position.
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm - Alternating.
PayYou will earn an annual rate between £32k - £38k per annum.
