Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a residential home for children and young people aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You will lead a newly formed team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. A competitive salary and benefits, including 28 days of annual leave and bonuses, are offered.
