Project Manager – Groundworks (Sheffield)

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading contractor on a major groundworks package based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and capable individual to take ownership of a significant project, working alongside an established team to ensure successful delivery from start to finish.

• Manage the delivery of a large-scale groundworks package
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Monitor programme performance and project milestones
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the groundworks and civils sector
• Strong background delivering groundworks packages
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and subcontractors effectively
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
