** Assistant Farm Manager
** We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Farm Manager to join and support the Oxfordshire team.## Requirements
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support all aspects of crop production, including planting, crop monitoring, and harvesting.
* Assist in achieving crop yield, quality, and budget targets.
* Promote and maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the farm.
* Plan and coordinate labour requirements, particularly during peak and harvest periods.
* Oversee the efficient use of farm machinery and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
* Maintain accurate records of machinery and farm assets.
* Manage supplier relationships and ensure best value for goods and services.
* Support, motivate, and develop farm employees through effective communication and leadership.
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
* Build positive working relationships across the wider business.
* Undertake training and any other duties appropriate to the role.
** Skills & Experience
*** Previous experience in an Assistant Farm Manager or similar agricultural role.
* Good knowledge of crop production and modern farming practices.
* Experience coordinating labour and farm operations.
* Understanding of agricultural machinery and maintenance requirements.
* Strong organisational and IT skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
* Relevant agricultural qualifications are desirable.
