Southeastern is looking for an Area Manager to join our Customer Experience Team on a job share basis. This role covers the Gillingham and Faversham areas and involves leading Station Managers to ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards.
You will manage a multi-site environment, focusing on people and delivering performance that aligns with our mission. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong stakeholder rapport and the ability to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
