We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in renewable energy projects, specifically Solar PV development. This exciting 12-month contract role is based in Warwickshire, a region renowned for its contribution to innovative energy solutions in the UK.
Job DescriptionProject Oversight

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Solar PV development projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the key liaison for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communication to align with project goals.Resource Management
:
Coordinate and allocate project resources efficiently while overseeing and motivating project teams to achieve high performance.Risk Management
:
Proactively identify risks, assess their potential impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.Compliance and Quality Control

Ensure all project activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety standards, adhering to industry best practices for Solar PV development.Performance Reporting

Provide regular updates to stakeholders, preparing detailed reports on project progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.
Educational Background
:
Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on renewable energy or sustainability.Proven Experience

Extensive track record in managing Solar PV development projects, including design, permitting, and execution phases.Leadership Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success through effective leadership.Communication Skills
