Once the compliance and onboarding hub of the business, it’s now a focused, high-performing sales team delivering exceptional results. Now we’re entering the next phase of growth and we’re looking for someone ready to take a leading role in that journey.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a key driver of performance. This is more than just running a desk, it’s about shaping the future of the branch and stepping into leadership as the office continues to scale.

Leading from the front, you’ll take ownership of a 360 temp desk while also contributing to the wider success of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings
• Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement
• Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network
• Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants
• Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery
• Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding
• Contributing to team performance, culture, and ongoing growth strategy
• Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with clear progression
