The role Youll own and evolve the growth engine across sales - working with marketing and product:
Define and execute a scalable GTM strategy Build and optimise enterprise pipeline Align product, marketing and commercial teams around growth, initially line managing 3-4 people Drive revenue performance and forecasting accuracy Shape a high-performing, inclusive growth culture What they're looking for Proven experience in growth, revenue and/or commercial leadership (Learning / LMS / LXP, future skills, workforce transformation preferred) Experienced in scale-up environments, reporting directly to a CEO Track record of building pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (Tech, L&D, HR, CSR), ideally with global / international reach Data-led, collaborative and customer-centric approach
