What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies that align with our business objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of talented planners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure all parties are aligned.
Data Analysis:
Utilise data-driven insights to inform planning decisions and improve project outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for enhancing planning processes and implement best practises across the organisation.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Planning Manager or in a similar role within the aerospace industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in planning software and tools.
