BWW Recruitment is recruiting for a Company Secretary/Head of Governance for a national charity and care provider. The role is based mainly in Oxfordshire with travel to London for board meetings.
We seek CGI qualification and strong knowledge of company and charity law. This standalone role reports to the CEO as part of the senior leadership team, shaping governance, risk and assurance across the organisation.
