Charisma Charity Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to provide interim leadership for Oxfordshire Mind’s Safe Haven service in a hybrid Oxfordshire setting. The role supports a 22-hour week, a six-month contract, and an ASAP start.
You will lead impact-driven change, strengthen commissioner relationships, mentor a Team Manager and oversee budgets and risk in a pivotal time for crisis support services.
