BRUSH Group is seeking a Senior SHE Manager (Switchgear) to oversee safety, health and environmental performance across Switchgear sites. You will develop and implement a unified SHE strategy, establish KPIs and govern across locations with proactive communication and accountability.
You will lead audits, partner with site leadership, and embed SHE into manufacturing, projects and change initiatives while guiding site-based SHE Managers.
