Registered Manager – Brand New Therapeutic Children s Home – Sheffield

Location:

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary

Annual Leave: 30 days (including bank holidays)

Pinnacle Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting our client with the appointment of a Registered Manager for a brand new, therapeutic-led children s service in Sheffield.

This is a rare opportunity to launch and shape a service from day one, building a strong culture, embedding therapeutic practice and leading a team that makes a genuine difference in young people s lives.

You will provide visible, high-energy leadership within the home, ensuring strong on-site presence during key therapeutic and high-demand periods. While there is flexibility to manage administrative tasks remotely when planned, this is a leadership role that prioritises presence, engagement and relationship-building within the service. Flexibility is supported but hands-on leadership comes first.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children s Residential
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
• Passion, resilience and high standards

• £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
