• Lead and manage the delivery of multi-sector building services projects (commercial, healthcare, education, residential) from concept through to completion
• Oversee the technical quality of Electrical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage project finances
  , including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Mentor and support junior engineers
