Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager (Profit Centre Manager)
Upto £65k + Car + Profit Share – South Yorkshire
Our client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler in the UK, with branches in Rotherham and Sheffield, looking for a Branch Manager to oversee a fully autonomous profit centre.
Responsibilities- Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Develop long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Drive activity to produce profitable sales
- Actively develop new business opportunities
- Manage team performance
- Ensure health & safety compliance to safeguard staff
- Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data
- Background in electrical wholesale with experience in sales management and profit centres
- Excellent people‑leadership skills
- Ability to maximise opportunities and drive business forward
- Strong communication and commercial skills
