We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Deputy General Manager (Operations, Commercial & Transformation) to join our leadership team.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced operational and commercial leader who thrives on driving performance, leading change, and delivering business growth.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the business.

Operating within a fast-paced and evolving medicolegal environment, you will combine strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and innovation to help ensure the business remains competitive, scalable, and future-focused.

As Deputy General Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, helping to deliver business objectives by balancing operational effectiveness, commercial performance, and strategic development.

You will work across multiple functions, building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting senior leaders, and championing continuous improvement through technology, digital innovation, and transformational change initiatives.

• Support the General Manager in delivering the overall business strategy and long-term growth objectives.
• Contribute to the strategic development and evolution of services across the business.
• Act as a senior leader and ambassador for the organisation, representing the General Manager when required.
• Help identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes.

• Support operational delivery to ensure service excellence and achievement of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with the Senior Management Team to drive productivity, operational effectiveness, and process optimisation.
• Analyse business performance data and use insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Champion a culture where outstanding customer service remains at the heart of everything we do.

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager to support commercial decision-making and business growth.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, service development, and customer propositions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Balance customer satisfaction, operational delivery, cost management, and revenue generation.

• Lead and support transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of technology, automation, AI, and digital solutions.
• Support the successful implementation of new processes and ways of working across the business.
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organisation.

• Support and develop a high-performing Senior Management Team.
• Coach, mentor and develop operational and commercial leaders to maximise performance and potential.
