Are you a clinical leader with a passion for quality, coaching, and continuous improvement? Premex Services Ltd is seeking a proactive Regional Clinical Quality Assurance Manager (RQAM) to lead clinical excellence across our FAS assessment services.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage and mentor Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs), support Health Professionals (HPs), and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, structured assessments in line with DWP and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead regional clinical quality delivery, ensuring contractual TPLs are consistently met
- Manage and support QAMs to maintain high standards and provide clinical guidance to HPs
- Analyse performance data, implement monthly improvement strategies, and report KPIs
- Oversee complaints and audits, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure HPs complete all required training stages
- Maintain clinical competency through regular assessments and CPD/CME activities
- Support process development to improve clinical operations and proactively address concerns
- Facilitate upskilling of QAMs and contribute to a culture of learning and accountability
- Represent in customer meetings and liaise with Maximus clinical teams
- Conduct appraisals and performance reviews for QAMs and support their team development
- Monitor HP eligibility and maintain accurate regional databases
- Proven clinical leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks and assessment standards
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to CPD/CME and professional development
