Regional Operations Manager; FTC)

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple parking sites within your area. You will lead teams, optimise revenue, and ensure compliance with company policies, all while delivering exceptional service to our customers. This is a role for a proactive leader who thrives on achieving targets and fostering positive team dynamics.

• Full P&L accountability, driving revenue and managing costs.
• Devise and execute strategies to enhance revenue through local marketing, pricing optimisation, and value-added services.
• Lead and inspire a team of parking colleagues to maintain operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational success.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and deliver training to continually improve team performance.
• Respond to and resolve incidents, maintaining open communication with senior management.

• Experienced in parking operations management, retail, or similar multi-site roles.
• Skilled in financial management, budgeting, and P&L processes.
• An inspiring leader with strong coaching and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.

• Competitive Package: £40,000 base salary + £5,000 car allowance.
