Based in Sheffield, you will mature processes, artefacts and tooling so they’re consistently adopted and measurable, strengthening incident learning across Technology and beyond.
You’ll lead a global team of around 30, govern senior stakeholders, manage vendors, and shape the operating model for the next phase of resilience maturity.
