You'll take ownership of the branch, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results while delivering exceptional customer service and growing market share.

The Role As a Branch Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch Conduct morning meetings and motivate the team to achieve their targets Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions Drive new business generation and maximise branch opportunities Set individual and team performance targets Coach, mentor, and develop team members Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Oversee branch performance and work towards exceeding sales targets Branch Manager Requirements Previous experience within estate agency, ideally in a management position Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team Proven track record of winning instructions and listing properties Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service Commercially minded and target-driven Local area knowledge is advantageous Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What's on Offer?
