Job Title Technical Lead Location Sheffield What  to Expect This is a hands-on technical lead role in a fast-paced composite manufacturing environment. You’ll be at the sharp end of delivering new parts into composite production, working directly with design, manufacturing, and quality to turn concepts into robust, repeatable processes. The role is varied, and dynamic expect a mix of problem-solving on the shop floor, process development, and driving continuous improvement.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and seeing real parts come off the line.

What You'll Bring Strong practical experience in pre-preg carbon fibre manufacture within a production environment.  Proven ability to lead by example on the shop floor and take ownership of technical challenges.  A self-starter mindset with a strong bias for action and delivery.  Deep understanding of composite processes, tooling, cure cycles, and quality requirements.  Confidence working across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.  

Clear, practical communication skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.  A passion for building high-quality composite parts and getting things done.
