Panel Saw Operator –

Location:

Sheffield (S3). Salary: £13.38 per hour.

Shifts:

Days - Regular. This role is with a well-established manufacturing company and is recruited on a temporary to permanent basis due to continued workload and demand. An immediate start is available.

• Operate a panel saw to cut a variety of materials including plywood, MDF, XPS insulation, and rockwool.
• Accurately measure, cut, and prepare materials to specification.
• Read and work from engineering drawings (preferred but not essential).
• Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.

• Previous experience operating a panel saw (essential).
• Experience working with sheet materials such as plywood and MDF.
• Basic understanding of measurements and cutting tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic.

40 hours per week.

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Salary: £13.38 per hour.
