Permanent Role | Direct with the Company | Immediate Start
Stafforce is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing metals business in the Tankersley area.

The Role
You'll be hands-on in a busy processing environment, identifying and sorting metals accurately while keeping operations smooth and safe. If you like staying active and being part of a solid team, this role is a total fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Sorting and identifying various metal grades
Using XRF analysis equipment to confirm metal composition
Carrying out visual checks and basic testing
Helping with yard duties - loading, unloading, general support
Operating machinery/equipment (training provided)
Keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant
Reporting any issues quickly and working with the team to hit targets
What You'll Need
Experience using XRF analysis tools - essential
Sharp attention to detail
Happy working in an industrial/yard environment
Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
Experience in metals, recycling, or warehousing = big bonus
FLT licence is helpful but not essential
