We are recruiting a Slitting Operator on behalf of our client, to work within a busy production environment. The role involves setting up and operating slitting machinery to process laminated film into specified widths, ensuring quality, safety, and production targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up and operating slitting machines Loading materials and adjusting rotary blades to job specifications Monitoring machine performance and material flow Carrying out quality checks and completing production documentation Cleaning and maintaining equipment Packing finished rolls, labelling, and preparing for dispatch Meeting production targets and line speed standards Reporting maintenance issues and unsafe conditions Requirements:
