Print Manager - North West England

The role reports to the General Manager.

Manage the pre‑press and print production areas, covering all printing processes. Ensure the department achieves the Production Plan and operates efficiently within labour, material usage, and budget constraints, achieving minimum machine performance efficiencies.

• Knowledge of flexographic printing presses

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with management experience.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Computer‑literate with advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated track record of efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Professionally trained in management disciplines and understanding of modern tools and techniques.
• Strategic approach with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques, demonstrated at a practical level.
• Strong awareness of current HSE and employment legislation.
