Position: Operations Manager – Leading Printer - East Anglia - £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Job Title:

Operations Manager – Leading Printer

We are working with a premium printed products supplier to find an outstanding Operations Manager. The company has won numerous awards for innovative ideas and prides itself on delivering products in perfect condition.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all parts of the production process come together to deliver the correct quality of each product.
  • Support the company in production planning and ensure adequate resources are available.
  • Provide leadership support to teams, motivating and training staff to achieve production goals.
  • Act as a conduit between different departments, providing important feedback and communication for continuous improvement.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure production targets are met.
  • Implement new policies and procedures related to production processes.
  • Manage budgets and costs effectively.

  • Leadership – leading teams from different departments to achieve organisational goals.
  • Communication – ensuring continuous and effective communication between different departments.
  • IT – keeping up to date with IT systems in the workplace while understanding technologies.
