• Take the reins of the print production process within a quality driven site.
• Lead a team of up to 50 staff in a fast paced and busy production environment.
• Provide clear direction to supervisors, team leaders and operatives.
• Make important decisions in high pressure situations.
• Motivate staff to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the company’s quality standards.
