Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 + shift allowance

Hours:

Monday to Friday - Rotational Shifts

• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts, and warehouse
• Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision‑making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
• Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety, and profitability

• Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
• A data‑driven leader with strong commercial awareness
• Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
  
  Experience with in automotive or high‑volume production environments is advantageous

• Basic salary with shift allowance
