Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Window Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing client based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking for long‑term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

• £15.00 per hour PAYE
• £16.81 per hour including holiday pay

• 8.5-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime may be available depending on workload

• Temporary to Permanent

As a Window Fabricator, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of high‑quality aluminium and uPVC windows and doors. Working within a busy production environment, you will ensure all products are fabricated accurately and efficiently to company specifications and quality standards.

• Fabricating aluminium and uPVC window and door frames
• Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely
• Reading and interpreting production drawings and specifications
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and glazing products
• Fitting hardware including hinges, handles, locks, and other components
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Working effectively as part of a production team to meet deadlines

• Previous experience in aluminium and/or uPVC window fabrication is essential
• Good understanding of window and door manufacturing processes
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
• Valid photo
• Ability to provide two work‑related references
• Appropriate PPE
