The Role

As Batching Plant Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the batching plant, overseeing production output, site safety, people management, and operational efficiency. You'll be a visible, hands-on leader who sets the standard on site and drives performance across all areas of the operation.

• Taking full ownership of batching plant performance, output, and operational KPIs
• Leading and developing a site-based team across production and maintenance functions
