St Austell Brewery is seeking an experienced Assistant Packaging Manager to join our Production team. This hands-on leadership role supports day-to-day management of packaging operations, ensuring lines run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You will oversee safe day-to-day operation, deputise for the Packaging Manager, and drive the production schedule while maximising efficiency, quality and OEE.
