GAIL’s Bread is seeking a Head Baker who can lead a busy bakery from early starts around 5:30am, bake items for displays, and uphold high food safety and quality standards.
You will train and develop team members, set an example with clear communication, and take charge to deliver great bread, cakes, and customer service across our shops.
